✴ where is robotritual located? 

i am currently based in virginia - specifically the hampton roads area. i will occasionally do short-distance travel for markets and other in-person sale opportunities.

✴ how long have you been creating?

i have been creating for as long as i can remember! that being said, the medium hasn't always stayed the same - i have been a digital artist since 2010 and a fiber artist since 2020.

✴ do you offer returns or exchanges?

seeing as the shop is still currently in early development, i will not be providing returns or exchanges at this time. however, should you have any questions or issues with your purchase or should it arrive damaged, please contact me via email at robotritualart@gmail.com! emails concerning damages should be sent no later than 48 hours after the package's arrival. additionally, please include your order details (order number, photos of the items as they arrived, etc.) so that i can help you as efficiently as possible.
